By accessing scentyque.pk or placing an order with Scentyque, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or services.
2About Our Products
Scentyque sells premium fragrances. Scent is personal: how a perfume smells, projects, and lasts can vary from one person to another depending on skin type, body chemistry, weather, and how it is applied and stored. Product photos are for illustration only, and actual packaging, bottle, or shade may vary slightly.
Fragrance & skin: Always do a small patch test before full use. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetic fragrances and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
3Orders & Order Confirmation
Every order you place is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels.
4Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. Promotional prices and discounts apply only while active and cannot be combined unless clearly stated. Available payment methods and any prepayment rewards are explained on our Payment Guidelines page.
5Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines and courier details are set out in our Shipping Policy. All timelines are estimates and not guarantees, and may be affected by your location, weather, or courier delays.
6Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because fragrances are personal-care and hygiene products, returns and exchanges are limited and governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy. Please read it carefully before ordering.
7Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Scentyque name, logo, text, images, and designs, is owned by Scentyque and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
8Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
9Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for normal external use as a fragrance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scentyque is not liable for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from product use. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Scentyque harmless against any claims arising from your misuse of our products or your breach of these Terms.
11Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of our website means you accept the changes.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
